Necessary Media partnered with creative agency InterCom to deliver promotional content for Seven Pines, a soon-to-launch luxury real estate development in Jacksonville, Florida. Our photos and videos captured the campaign theme of “togetherness,” highlighting the spirit of gathering and the multitude of shared experiences that Seven Pines offers residents.
Our incredible casting director, Lindsay Brill, cast a real family to star in the content, making every scene truly authentic, engaging, and heartfelt. Their 11-year-old daughter even recorded voice-over for the series, maximizing the client’s budget and bringing a personal touch to each video. Seven Pines shared our content at sales centers, on social media, and on their community website, successfully welcoming new residents into the community.
